Welcome to the Crossroads Riders Social Club of Bowie Maryland website!

Crossroads Riders Social Club is a member-based social club dedicated to creating a safe space for women. Our mission is to promote a positive image not only for women but also for the women within the motorcycle community. Our sisters come from all walks of life, and we navigate various routes on our journey toward the same destination: SISTERHOOD

Our History

In 1982, Charles "CK" Kirkland, SR., founded the Crossroads Riders Motorcycle Club. Julie "Button" England, daughter of Charlies Kirkland SR., established the first Social Club of Crossroads Riders. Both of these clubs today are known as our founding chapters. After his passing on April 24, 2010, his legacy was bequeathed to his motorcycle family with various leaders.

In 2014, Irving "Boogaloo" Drayton founded the Crossroads Riders Bowie Maryland MC Chapter, which led to the formation of the Crossroads Riders Social Club of Central Virginia shortly thereafter. In September 2017, the Crossroads Riders Social Club of Bowie, Maryland was established under new leadership. Our founding members include Irving "Boogaloo" Drayton, Dorothy "Mz. D" Diggs, Genia Kirkland, and Charles Kirkland JR., all pictured below.
